Urgent Care - Wilton's online scheduling platform allows you to make an in-person appointment that is convenient for you.
In-person appointments should not be used in emergent situations, including but not limited to:
- Chest pain
- Trouble breathing
- Loss of consciousness
- Fever in patient under 90 days old
- Head injuries
- Symptoms of stroke
- Irregular heartbeat
- Broken bones
If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.
