COVID-19 testing is available at Urgent Care Wilton

At Urgent Care-Wilton, we offer antigen and PCR (non-rapid) COVID-19 tests. These tests are reserved for people who:

• Are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms OR 
• Have recently been exposed to COVID-19 OR
• Need proof of a negative test result to return to work or school. 

If you already have a provider order, the scheduling team at Saratoga Hospital will be contacting you to set up an appointment at Saratoga Hospital's COVID-19 testing tent.

If you do not have a provider order for a COVID-19 test, come to Urgent Care - Wilton. You will be evaluated by one of our urgent care providers. If appropriate, an order will be written and a swab can be performed during the visit.

How to get your results:

• If your test results come back positive, you will receive a phone call from hospital staff. 
• Negative results are shared by automated calls or texts to the number you provide.
• Patients can request a copy of their results from our medical records department by sending an email to medicalrecords@saratogahospital.org 
  • In the email, please include:
    • Name of patient
    • Date of birth of patient
    • Date of COVID-19 test
    • How you would like the results sent
      • US Mail - provide mailing address

      • Fax - provide fax number
    • A contact phone number
